Photography & Portfolio Use

Images from client sessions may be selected for use in my portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before or at the time of booking. If you'd prefer your images not be used publicly, just let me know and I'll honor that request.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on a few outside services to function:

• Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service, to deliver your message to my inbox
• The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare's network
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts

These providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address) as part of delivering their service, under their own privacy policies. I encourage you to review those if you have questions about how they handle data in transit.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Any cookies present are limited to those strictly necessary for the site's basic functionality and security, provided by the hosting infrastructure described above.

Data Retention & Security

I retain inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to fulfill your session and for reasonable recordkeeping afterward, such as for tax or business purposes. I take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and the contact form is intended to be used by adults inquiring about photography services. If a session involves children or minors, that information is provided by a parent or guardian as part of the booking process.

Your Rights

You may ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information I hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete information I no longer need to retain
• Opt out of having your session images used publicly
